So, we’ve got the Iceman from the Homegrown Band out there right now with my little puppy Bongo, and me and the lovely E are going to go out and join them, and we’re going to go for a nice, long paddle. Paddling, you’re actually going to be working out pretty central muscle mass, you’re going to be working out your biceps, shoulders, arms, pretty much everything in here, but a lot of core. If you’re going for long distance paddles, the biggest thing you’re going to be working with is core right here. I mean sometimes it’s a little tighter than other times but, I’m going to keep the shirt on just to not embarrass anybody. Let’s do it. When you’re putting the board in the water, it’s always good to put the front part in first. Don’t ever let the skag or the fin on the back of the board really fall hard into the sand, it can loosen it in its fin box and eventually get destroyed.You get ready to put it in, you’re just going to drop it nice and easy off your head, let the front of the board in, and then set down the very back part right there in the skim to get your final set. .
